What we process
When you use the inquiry form: company, name, email, optionally phone, part details, uploaded drawings and your notes. We use self-hosted Umami Analytics to collect aggregated usage data without cookies. Umami respects your browser's Do Not Track setting. Fonts are served from our own server.
Purposes and legal bases
Handling your inquiry and obtaining quotes from manufacturers: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps). We share your drawing only with manufacturers you approve.
Phone callback and callback by an AI phone assistant: only with your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The assistant identifies itself as AI at the start of the call. You can withdraw consent at any time by email, with effect for the future.
We process aggregated website usage data to understand and improve the website based on our legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The analytics service is hosted on our own server and does not set cookies.
Recipients

Retention
Inquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact. For orders, statutory retention periods apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic or the authority where you are based.
